"Cabernet sauvignon, shiraz
and viognier make up this hearty, bold blend. There's no
shortage of adult flavour or attitude. Smelling like a sack
full of plums and cherries, and following that with a comfy,
fluffy mouthfeel, it finishes with bone-dry tannins. Stunning
with quail and pine nuts like Chef So cooks at T-Chow.” |

"John Struik opens his new Macclesfield
brand with a true cracker, although it’s not like
Neil Diamond’s Rosie –It’s bright, audacious,
still wine, the peachy Viognier adding its creamy, viscous
flush to the leafy Cabernet and spicy Shiraz. Start off
chilled, but watch those lovelies leap out as it warms.
Table in the sun, hearty antipasto, barbecued smoked mackerel." |
