“Reds from the Adelaide Hills stir memories.”
"The cabernet selected was a
fine example, with great fruit purity and elegant palate,
as expected from a cool climate vineyard.
Also it was refreshing to find wines that have been made
not to satisfy a show system or wine writer (sic), but to
reflect the regionality and personability of the wine maker.
Colour: Bright, deep red
Nose: Exudes intense black current,
with some herbaceous and earthy undertones.
Taste: Very even through the
palate, finely structured, with depth of fruit flavour.
A powerful wine with assertive oaktannins evident on the
finish."
